Job Purpose:
To support the HR Business Partner in delivery of a professional and timely HR services that adds value and provides delivery of effective business-focused solutions. Collaborate closely with the Centre of Expertise teams to ensure continuous support to the HRBP and business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own, collaborate and support all parts of the business on employee related matters to ensure their effective management. Issues including but not limited to disciplinary proceedings, grievances and performance issues.
 - Support HRBP on goal setting and Performance Management Program with compliance to timelines.
 - Support in training employees on the Performance Management System and ensure that NFL performance management standards are met.
 - Ensure business is adequately manned along with compliance of manpower budgeting.
 - To partner with managers to support delivery of their workforce strategy.
 - To work closely with Centre of Expertise teams across HR (Rewards, Ops, TA & OD) to deliver one HR service.
 - Ensure sourcing to onboarding process for hiring in business is done as per timeline.
 - Assist the HRBP in ensuring employee engagement levels in business.
 - Perform analysis of YoY Headcount comparisons, people related cost in comparison to budgets.
 - Perform disciplinary proceedings as per policy / law and maintain a pulse check on the morale and motivation of employees.
 
Background Requirements:
Education: Minimum Bachelors (preferably in Business Administration or relevant field)
Experience: 1-2 year of professional experience in HR generalist role.
