Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
 - Fault finding, analysis, and logging information for reporting of performance exceptions
 - Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning
 - Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, and hotfixes on servers, workstations, and network hardware
 - Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
 - Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
 - Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications
 - Ensure the security of an organization’s IT database by performing backups and updating security protocol
 - Maintain detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them
 - Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
 - Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
 - Monitoring network performance and high availability.
 - Work with the team to ensure service quality and redundancy.
 - Organize and file documentation and instructional guides for computer hardware
 - Perform continuous research work on the latest technologies for improving our network infrastructure.
 
Must Haves:
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
 - Expertise in data center management and data governance
 - Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
 - Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
 - Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.

 - Understanding of IP networks.
 - Must have skills for initial level troubleshooting for network issues.
 - Hands-on knowledge of Mikrotik Router and Firewall.
 - Familiar with Routers and Access Points (MicroTik and UBNT).
 - Must be familiar with LAN and WAN
 - Prior experience in Network Support
 - Must be familiar with Linux, Unix, and Windows OS.
 - Must be adaptive in learning new things
 - Must know Network Topologies
 - Good in operating network devices
 - Must have knowledge of CCTV Cameras and Proactive in Monitoring.
 - Review bandwidth and resource utilization and make recommendations for any upgrades.
 - Document all network standards and procedures.
 - Good knowledge of Windows and macOS especially
 - Configuration, management, troubleshooting, and securing of local area networks (wired & wireless)
 - Must be familiar with VPN setup and VPN configurations.
 - 24/7 availability in case of any problem occurring in the network.
 
Qualification & Experience:
- BSCS/BSIT
 - 1-2 years
